Meet the Board

Mary Jane Bone, President:

Mary Jane Bone is a seasoned executive with 28 years of business development experience. Mary Jane is a “roll up her sleeves” kind of gal, who has worked with customers from ranches to board rooms. Mary Jane is an authentic motivator with a passion for bringing together teams to perform efficiently and innovatively. She is committed to establishing strategic and mutually beneficial partnerships.

Re-locating to Colorado after selling their ranch in Oklahoma, the Bone family has firmly planted its roots in the Bears community. Mary Jane is married to Jeff (driver of the 2023 PR Football Team July 4th Mama Bear Float ????) and is the mother to Freshman, Connor, who prides himself on lifting up others with his positive attitude.

Mary Oringdulph,Vice President:

Mary Oringdulph and husband Travis are parents to current sophomore player, Hayden and next year freshman player, Cye. They have two more kids (class of 2034) Bryce & Lena. Mary works as a National Strategy Director for Novartis Pharmaceuticals in the Hematology division. Mary was a collegiate athlete, playing volleyball at Angelo State University in Texas where she graduated with a business degree.

Both Mary & Travis were multi-sport athletes in high school and understand first hand the importance of a solid athletic program and the benefit to the athlete and really to the whole family and community. Mary wants to serve for BFCOM because she believes in what the organization does and realizes how much work is needed to accomplish everything it accomplishes. With two football players in (or soon coming into) the program and a third player coming a few short years later, she wants to do her part to ensure the program and the athlete experience continues to be memorable and successful.

Stacy Withrow, Treasurer:

Stacy is a mother of 2 sons Parker and Eran Garner. Stacy and her Sons are Native to Colorado, Stacy is 5th generation and her sons are 6th generation. She works for Jabil Healthcare which known to most people as Synthes for 15 years. She also works on and off for O'Malley's as a bartherner, waitress and cook for 18 years. She Is also a Gestational Carrier and creates families. As she could not imagin a life without her children she enjoys creating that life for others. Parker is in the class of 2023 where is will be graduating this year and hoping to becoming an Electrician. He is undecided as to which path he will take to achieve his goal at the moment. Eran is in the class of 2025. Eran's goal this year is to get a job and help him mom so she doesnt have to work so hard.

Malissa Crowfoot ,Secretary:

Malissa Crofoot is an Air Force Veteran with 20 years of federal service. She is currently employed as a Contracting Officer for the National Park Service. She has previously worked as a Financial Assistance Officer, awarding federal funds to Non-profits and Institutes of Higher Education through cooperative agreements, grants, and contracts. She is a former Monument Blizzard Football Board Member and has held numerous youth sports related volunteer positions, to include “Team Mom” for various football, basketball, and cheer teams.

Malissa is married to Ed and their son Brayden is currently a freshman at Palmer Ridge (Sko Bears!). In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, crafting, skiing, hiking, and boating.
